Anne and Tracy created Coaching Connections after they each completed their advanced training and certification program at The Coaches Training Institute in 2000. Through Coaching Connections they each maintain a private coaching practice and together they deliver workshops to groups throughout New England.
Anne and Tracy have a 30-year friendship that began in college and continues to evolve as they sometimes sail, sometimes crash, through life’s passages together.
As friends and currently business partners, they’ve processed life through the challenges of college, marriage, raising children, (a sometimes) empty nest, balancing work and home, (many) career changes, returning to school, caring for 
dying parents, and yes, their own aging process.
As mutual allies, challengers, cheerleaders, truth-tellers, prodders, collaborators and sounding boards, Anne and Tracy joyfully bring these qualities and skills to their life-coaching clients.
They share a common commitment to personal growth, a zest for staying young in spirit, and a hard-wired passion for inspiring others to find the joy in life through their own personal journey.
